Hey! It’s me. Actually all about me.

Hey there! I’m Ogulcan Eristi. This is my first English blog post. I had no interest in writing blog and articles until now, but I realized that I should write a blog aaaand I’m here now. I’ll try to publish all I’ve learned in English to improve my English. I’m sorry you’ll meet my bad English. :(

I’m 22 and I live in Antalya, Turkey. I’m studying Management Information Systems at Akdeniz University and I’m a Jr. Frontend Developer. I like playing football, spending time with computer games, watching thriller / comedy movies. In my spare time, I watch TV series/movies or play computer games. I also enthusiastic about designing mobile application.

I met with computer about 9–10 years old. My lessons were bad because of my interest in playing soccer and I went to vocational high school. I learned basic HTML, CSS, JS in high school (also PHP, ASP.NET etc.) and started to be interested. I started to help people’s computer hardware problems in the forums and I loved it. I continued this activity all my high school life. I also learned a lot about hardware. After 4 years of successful high school life, I was entitled to study Management Information Systems and I’m currently a 3rd year student.

Since I love HTML, CSS and JS, I was determined to be the Frontend Developer. After my researches, I started with React and currently I’m learning React and developing React projects. As the first project, I build my own website with Nextjs.
